How it began

Born from Anime.
Built on Passion.

It all started in a tiny 250–300 sq. ft. shop — nervous, messy, and full of dreams (and steam).


We didn't know what would happen, we just wanted to make ramen that hit the soul. Somehow, the word spread. People lined up for hours for the Fire Bowl — the one that started it all. And years later, it's still the one no one forgets.

"What began small turned into something bigger than we imagined — not just a ramen joint, but a whole vibe, built on chaos, comfort, and good flavor."

Chef Sanket

Trained under master chefs in the US and UAE. Honed his skills in esteemed Japanese restaurants. Combined expert training with a lifelong love for anime — and Ichiraku's was born.
